End User License Agreement (EULA) for BondTime Last Updated: May 2026 LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and CycleWise ("Application Provider," "we," "our," or "us") and governs your use of the BondTime application — known as "BondTime by CycleWise" on the Apple App Store and "BondTime" on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. 1. License Grant a) You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the applicable Usage Rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. b) This license does not allow you to use the Application on any devices that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. 2. Restrictions You may not: (a) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application; (b) modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Application; (c) distribute, license, loan, lease, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Application to any third party; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Application. 3. Description of Service BondTime is a period and cycle tracking application designed for couples. The Application allows users to track menstrual cycle information, set up profiles, and receive cycle predictions. 4. Medical Disclaimer IMPORTANT: BondTime is NOT a medical device. The cycle predictions, period tracking, and health-related information provided by the Application are for informational purposes only and should NOT be used for: - Contraception or family planning decisions - Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions - Replacing professional medical advice Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns. The Application Provider is not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the Application. 5. Subscription Terms a) Free Tier: BondTime offers a free tier with limited features (2 profiles, 1 active at a time). b) Pro Tier: The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited profiles and additional features. c) Lifetime License (Android Only): A one-time purchase option called "Lifetime License" is exclusively available on the Android platform (Google Play Store). This grants permanent access to all Pro features without recurring payments. The Lifetime License is non-transferable and tied to your Google Play account. d) Free Trial — iOS (BondTime by CycleWise): All iOS users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features automatically upon first install. No subscription or payment information is required to activate the trial. During the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period ends, Pro features will be disabled and the app will revert to the Free Tier. You may subscribe to Pro at any time during or after the trial. Trial eligibility is managed locally on your device using iOS Keychain. e) Free Trial — Android (BondTime): Android users receive a 7-day free trial when subscribing to Pro. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 7-day free trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is managed through Google Play. f) Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). The Application Provider never sees or stores your payment information. g) Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. This does not apply to the Lifetime License, which is a one-time purchase. h) Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through: - iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions - Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions 6. Privacy & Data BondTime operates on a privacy-first principle. All your personal and health data stays on your device. The only external data flow is anonymous subscription management via RevenueCat. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users) The following terms apply to users who download "BondTime by CycleWise" from the Apple App Store: a) This Agreement is between you and CycleWise (the Application Provider), not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. b) Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. c) In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application. d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. e) In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any such claim. f) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. 8. Google Play-Specific Terms (Android Users) The following terms apply to users who download "BondTime" from the Google Play Store: a) You acknowledge and agree that Google's Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/) apply to your use of the Application downloaded from Google Play. b) Google is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application or its content. Google has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the Application. c) Refund policies for purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy. 9. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in the Application are owned by the Application Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Application as described in this Agreement and may not claim any ownership rights. 10. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12. Limitation of Liability TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APPLICATION PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CYCLE PREDICTIONS PROVIDED BY THE APPLICATION. 13. Changes to This Agreement The Application Provider may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 14. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law principles. 15.
